Privacy Policy

Fleevio is built to be privacy-friendly. This policy explains what information the Service handles, how, and the choices you have.

In short

There are no ads and no cross-site tracking. For analytics we use only a privacy-first tool that counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. You can use almost everything without an account, and your data stays in your browser unless you choose to sign in and sync it. We do not sell or rent your data.

Data stored on your device

By design, the tools run in your browser and keep your data there using your browser's local storage — for example your calculations and history, dashboard layout, bookmarks, market watchlists, saved weather locations, theme and other preferences. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you sign in to sync. You can clear it at any time from within the app or through your browser settings.

Cookies

We use a single functional cookie to remember your chosen language (NEXT_LOCALE). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Account and sync (optional)

If you choose to sign in, we use Google sign-in via Firebase Authentication. We receive basic account information — your name, email address, profile picture and a user identifier — to identify your account. While you are signed in, we sync your saved tool data (the items listed above) and any background images you upload to our servers, linked to your account, so they are available across your devices. Synced data is stored in our database and uploaded images are stored in object storage (Cloudflare R2). If you do not sign in, none of this applies.

Privacy-first analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service, to understand basic, aggregate traffic — such as how many people visit each day and roughly which region they come from. It does not use cookies, does not store anything on your device, does not identify you and does not track you across other websites, and the data is aggregated. We do not use advertising networks or other third-party trackers, and we do not build advertising profiles. Note that our authentication provider, Google Firebase, may process technical information such as your IP address as part of signing you in, under Google's own privacy policy.

Third-party services we use

Some features connect to third-party services, and their own privacy policies apply. Where possible, requests are made through our own server so the third party does not see your device's address; in some cases your browser contacts them directly. • Search engines you choose (Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Brave, Yahoo, Baidu, Yandex, Ecosia): when you run a search, your query is sent to that engine and opens in a new tab. • Open-Meteo (weather and place search): usually requested through our server; if that is unavailable, your browser may contact Open-Meteo directly. • CoinGecko (crypto prices) and Finnhub (stock quotes): requested through our server. • RSS feeds, and site logos and previews for bookmarks: fetched and cached by our server. • Google Firebase: sign-in and authentication. • Cloudflare R2: storage for background images you upload.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it except with the service providers above — strictly to operate the features you use — or where required by law.

Keeping and deleting your data

Data stored on your device stays until you remove it (clear it in the app or in your browser). For synced data: you can delete individual items and uploaded images in the app, and you can request deletion of your account and the data linked to it by contacting us. Signing out or removing the app does not by itself delete data already synced to your account.

Children

The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data that is synced to our servers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International processing

Our service providers may process and store data in countries other than yours. By using the Service you understand that your information may be processed in those locations.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version, and significant changes will be reflected here. Please review it periodically.
