Acceptance of these terms

Fleevio ("the Service") is a collection of free online tools. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The service

The Service provides utilities such as calculators, converters and reference widgets, offered free of charge for your personal use. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, without notice. Some features rely on third-party data and may be unavailable or change without notice.

Fleevio DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR THE RESULTS THEREOF, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR USEFULNESS OF THE SERVICE.

Not professional advice

The tools are provided for general information and convenience only and produce estimates, not professional advice. In particular, the financial tools (such as the mortgage, loan, interest and tax calculators) and the health tools (such as the BMI, body-fat, calorie and BMR calculators) are not financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, medical or other professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such. Market prices and similar data are for information only, may be delayed or approximate, and are not investment advice. Results can be affected by rounding, assumptions, the values you enter and factors the tools do not account for. Your content

You keep ownership of any content you add to the Service. If you sign in and use sync, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content only as needed to provide the sync and related features to you. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Third-party services

The Service links to and relies on third-party services (for example the search engine you choose, and data providers for weather, market prices and feeds). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms are provided in English; where they are translated, the English version prevails in the event of any conflict.
